Wright Family

I'm a Pirate, Mom!

Our boy lost his first tooth! It's a milestone for the Thomas and Sydney Wright family, to be sure!
Popscicles with Nana and Papa at AZ POPS.
St. Patty's green waffles---so much healthier, right?
...with green apples and green milk. I think we met our green quota for the day.

The pool table in our new house has been a blast. I'm getting much better and even beat Thomas the other day;) Yes, I'm totally going to brag about that for years to come.
Ms. Grumpy Gills before church. Mom, I DO NOT want to wear this ridiculous outfit.
Citrus has been good to us this year in Phoenix! Love my lemon tree and friends with a grapefruit tree!!!!
Thomas built the kids a sandbox to play in and it was a definite hit... Then the cats found it pretty quickly so now we have to find a way to get rid of that nasty problem... Cats are the worst!!!!!
In the move, the kids were so good to just make the best of the sitch. LOVE YOU, BABIES!
She has got it going on!
Definitely the best part of moving to Phoenix is having my girl, Alicia here. I love this girl!
Ru, just pleasant as ever while we loaded up our stuff for the move.
We got ghetto and pumped up the mattress for the kids when all the furniture was loaded up. Good bye Michigan Avenue house in sketch neighborhood!

The weather is finally good enough to get out in the stroller and walk to the park! We're going for it!
Costco is our theme park.

New House and Easter

We moved into a bigger house (hallelujah!!!) the end of February. It was a miracle to find a house twice the size of our first Phoenix house, for the same price and in a much better area. As much work as it is to move AGAIN, it was well worth the work and effort. Thomas and I decided last minute to move a week early...I had basically nothing packed at that point. "SURE!" let's go for it! Let's do this and rip that bandaid off already! Moving truck that night, packing late and moving everything over within 24 hours. Craziness... Don't ask me to move again for a while. At least I was more help to Thomas this timenot pregnant---quite a sight moving the couches and tables and junk with baby Ruby strapped to my back though instead of inside my tummy:) She just wanted to be apart of it all again.
Got Hudson registered for Kindergarten this Fall. I can't believe that's where we are in life. I feel like life is going to speed up a few notches with the school system running our lives. No more lazy mornings and a bunch of Saturdays to do as we please. I will miss my big boy and big helper, Hudson! He is going to love the socialization and schedule. Friends. Friends. More friends. Brielle is going to be devastated that Hudson is MIA and require Ruby to step it up in the playmate department to fill the void
I guess that's all she sees me do. This girl loves her purple phone and bags. Bags, bags, purses and bags. Stuff to put stuff in.
And the third body joins the tub. I remember we fit 4 of us at a time in the tub growing up. I think we stretched the line a little. Best memories of train tubbin'.
They look happy, right?! I love my babies!
This happy munchkin was exactly  9 months in this picture. Top two front teeth ready to burst through!
Easter egg hunt with Nana, Papa and Ash. So fun to have them visit us and spoil us with good company and gifts!!!

They made a haul.

Nana and Papa brought bikes down for the kiddos! They are so happy to get these things rolling!
Looking fly for Easter Sunday.

Bri wouldn't give me a smile for her picture, but this pouty face will do. She loves her Daddy:)
This baby on the other hand is nothing but smiles! AHHHH!!! This baby makes me sooo happy! Can't help but smile when I look her way. Her cheer is contagious. Love having my three adorables and loveable hubby:)
Brielle is 2 and FULL of personality. I love her fire and opinion about everything. It tries my patience at times, but I am just sure (or hopeful!) it will make her a strong person that will have a fun spunk and lots of vivacity about her. I just never experienced such a range of emotions with my Hudson. The obedient, forgiving and easy going Hudson that I love so much:) Charting new waters here.
Tried my hardest to get one of the three of them! This is the best we got. Three of them, only one decent smile. Thanks Ruby!
No one looks good in a helmet, but Ruby changed my mind today:)
Big sister, Brielle, really is so sweet with her little baby doll, Ruby. She has never done a mean thing and is always out to make her sister happy, whether that means bringing her a blankie when she's upset or feeding her a trail of cheerios for distraction. She gets really clever when the Ruby desparation plea intensifies.
My adorable bag lady. Always happy if she can tote a bad around.
